Q. & A. with Nola

  • Why did you start breeding?

continuing a family tradition passed on by my parents who started in 1964. I am a preservationist and feel that this breed as been destroyed by doodle mixes and those who chose to breed with a knowledge of the written standard for a poodle. Education is the key to buying a good representation of the breed and that is where showing the parents count. Proving that they will improve the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

Selective and only from quality dogs that meet the standard to compete in AKC conformation and some in performance events to prove they are good enough to carry on for the breed. I do not sell simply to someone who just wants to breed, I am a preservationist and strive to protect this lovely breed. NO doodles! Serious inquiries please
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include apricot, black, blue, cream, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
