I'm Kathryn W., the breeder behind Fireside Standard Poodles located in Littleton, CO. We are a small hobby breeder for standard poodles in solid and multi-color. Our dogs are health tested before they are bred, and results are registered with OFA. We believe in sound temperament and structure for our program. We also have a health guarantee with our puppies.
Q. & A. with Kathryn
Why did you start breeding?
We decided to become involved in breeding to preserve the Standard Poodle breed, to improve the multi-color lines, and to help families find wonderful Standard Poodles.
What makes your program special?
We focus on the "total" dog in our program. Our parent poodles are health tested, have conformation titles, and go out and about with us. We believe that our puppies should have the best start possible which includes having proper health care, grooming, training, and socialization.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
