Meet the breeder

I'm Ashley E., the breeder behind Flat Creek Bernedoodles located in Cape Fair, MO. Our dogs are our family. They live and play on 65 acres in Southwest Missouri with a big pond and a nearby creek we frequently visit. They get most of my time and their puppies are raised well socialized with friends and family.

Q. & A. with Ashley

  • Why did you start breeding?

I bought my father, who is a paraplegic, a Bernese Mountain dog for fathers day after he really expressed wanting one. After that, we both fell in love with the breed. I have always raised dogs growing up with him and found a lot of joy in doing it. I loved the look of the bernedoodle and absolutely love the breed so I started with my first litter.
  • What makes your program special?

I keep the parents as pets in my home and enjoy having raising their Bernedoodle puppies. My goal is to breed healthy happy dogs, raise them in a loving home and finding the right new family for them to thrive in. I provide future owners with constant pictures, videos, and updates of their little one as he/she grows.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
