I'm the breeder behind Flying K Corgis located in Anderson, CA. We breed high-quality puppies from health tested and well tempered and conformed parents. The foundation of our breeding program starts with raising healthy and well-loved dogs for great families. We aim to pass the same happiness of owning a quality-bred dog to our buyers.
Q. & A. with Kim
Why did you start breeding?
I have always bred cutting horses, but didn’t think that I could do my corgis justice breeding while I worked as a Phlebotomist. Once I had my girls, I decided that it was my time to shine since I had much more at home time to be able to give to these pups. Flying K Corgis was born!
What makes your program special?
We keep ourselves small enough to be able to have our breeding dogs live a good life and give the pups every chance we can to have a successful life as a family pet. Our dogs live inside and have a spacious back yard and hardly ever spend time in a kennel. This truly sets us apart from most breeders, big and small.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include sable, blue, white and red, and black and tan. American Corgi puppies include sable merle and white, sable and white, black and tan, and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Lexie, mom
American Corgi
About Lexie
Lexie is a gorgeous blue merle. She is on the smaller side only weighing 17 pounds. She’s the perfect mix between couch potato and mole hunter. She has blessed us with several ‘presents’ in that way. She thinks it’s her duty to protect the yard from evil neighbors and varmints alike. She gets along with everyone, human and animal, and is a great family dog.
