I'm Amanda H., the breeder behind Flynn Timber Goldens, LLC located in Grants Pass, OR. The Huffman's love for Goldens began back in 2019 while searching for a Service Dog Candidate for their oldest daughter. After extensive research they found Koda, fondly referred to as their Golden Helper Dog. The breed checked all of their boxes when weighing the needs for the service tasks at hand.
Amanda gained experience quickly in the dog world while working at a dog training facility as the HR manager from 2019-2021. That role vastly expanded at a rapid pace, whether it be training, advocating for Service Dog Support for families through the state, facilitating adoptions and in worst cases rehoming. It was during that time that she found her passion for matching families with their perfect dog.
After much consideration, Amanda ventured out on her own to make a difference. The Huffman's added Murphy to their pack as their star stud in 2021 and Magnolia as their foundation female in 2022.
The Huffman's are dedicated to making sure their dogs are health tested prior to all breeding and that their puppies are placed with the proper family based off of their needs and lifestyle. Their goal is to create a working dog with the ability to rest well and live a life of longevity.

Week 3 🤎
We are becoming more playful, this litter still love to snuggle and snooze most of the day though. Not sure that’s going to fade 🤔
Pups have been interacting with the other big dogs in the house and have had increased human socialization. We will be increasing exposure to environmental sounds this week throughout their day. They are seemingly very confident, so we will test their limits this week 🤗

We recently purchased Wallace, a male Golden Retriever, from Flynn Timber Goldens, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Wallace is in excellent health, with a temperament and behavior that perfectly fit our family’s needs.
From the beginning, Flynn Timber Goldens demonstrated a deep understanding of our family’s requirements in choosing the right dog. Wallace is incredibly easy-going, responds well to training, and is exceptionally well-behaved around other people. One of the most impressive aspects of his temperament is his calm demeanor, especially during storms and fireworks.
Wallace also interacts wonderfully with our children, making playtime enjoyable and safe. His overall behavior and adaptability have made him a beloved member of our family.
A special mention goes to Amanda from Flynn Timber Goldens. She has been incredibly supportive, offering valuable advice and guidance to ensure Wallace’s smooth transition into our home. Her dedication to the well-being of her dogs and their new families is truly commendable.
We are very satisfied with our experience with Flynn Timber Goldens and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-bred, healthy, and well-behaved Golden Retriever. Thank you, Amanda, for bringing Wallace into our lives!
