I'm Rossi L., the breeder behind Fountainheed’s located in Glendora, CA. We specialize in breeding dogs sound in body and in mind. You're really lucky to have a good, typical dog in your life -- but you are truly blessed to have a great dog, with excellent health, vitality, beauty, and brains! This is the level of perfection we strive for with our breeding program.
Q. & A. with Rossi
Why did you start breeding?
I started off looking for a good dog I could stay active with. Somewhere in the process, I was initiated into learning to care for and show dogs and general animal husbandry. Here I am fifteen years later! I specialize in breeding to improve the breed and now consider myself a caretaker of the breed that was handed down to us hundreds of years ago, the purebred dog.
What makes your program special?
We breed for excellence and take into consideration all aspects of the dog: their health, structure, temperament, inelegance, and general hardiness. The ideal is to improve and maintain the breed for future dog owners and enthusiasts. We would be thrilled to introduce you to one of these incredible companions!
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
