I'm April O., the breeder behind FrenCHI’s Of Texas located in Corpus Christi, TX. Our focus is to produce the best dogs of the highest quality so that other families can also enjoy the love of a dog. These dogs have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives. It is a privilege to be able to share that love and friendship with others through responsible breeding.
Q. & A. with April
Why did you start breeding?
Since I was a young , unwed mom I have loved animals and especially caring for babies. My breeding life started with birds. Hand feeding and raising tiny birds and finding them wonderful homes was something I enjoyed doing. As I grew older and became a wife and mother I transitioned into pups.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our home with lots of care and love. I have said multiple times , I couldn’t love these puppies more if I had birthed them myself. I want my babies to go to good homes that will show them love and the life they deserve.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, tricolors, black and tan, blue fawn, and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
