On our 60 acre, park-like slice of Heaven in east Texas, we share in the work on the farm and the fun of raising our Cocker spaniel and Cockapoo puppies.They are raised in our home .

What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cockapoo puppies include buff and red. Cocker Spaniel puppies include black, black and white, and buff. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Yao

Yao has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Yao partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Yao was amazing to work with. She did a great job providing updates and being super responsive to our questions as we are first time puppy owners. Jeffrey and his family were absolutely amazing to work with! Were honest and answered any questions we had. They sent frequent pictures/videos of our baby until we were able to pick him up. They were even so helpful after we got him helping us with all puppy things. We feel truly so lucky to have found such amazing breeders. Yao was wonderful to work with! She responded quickly and shared pictures weekly as we waited to meet our little puppy. Our little puppy was a present for my 4 year old daughter and Yao worked with me to drop Peaches off at our house right after her birthday party. It was perfect timing. She showed up with the most precious puppy I had ever seen in a sweet basket that had Peaches’ name on it along with a toy, blanket and a can of dog food. Buying Peaches from Yao was an excellent experience. Peaches has been home for only a day and she has such a sweet demeanor and is already bonding with our family. I highly recommend any of Yao’s puppies.
