Patches is thriving and settling in beautifully with his forever family! My heart is so full of joy to see all of these puppies find their homes, homes that I prayed for and God answered these sincere prayers. I’ll keep you up updated with those that will remain in our breeding program as they mature.

Patches is so loved by his new forever family. Movie night with new family, kids’ cards, a big welcome sign—that’s the kind of forever every pup deserves. And how special that he’s part of our larger story too, with the breeding program ahead. Spring 2027 will be here before you know it, and I can already tell those future updates are going to be joyful ones. It’s been almost 18 weeks since these beautiful puppies entered this world, and God is faithful—and it shows in the way this all came together. Thank you for sharing Patches’ chapter with me. 🐾✨

Those last shared routines—the car ride, the familiar smells at the vet, the quiet companionship—mean more than they seem in the moment. You can tell they’ve been a steady comfort for each other, the kind of bond that doesn’t need constant play to be real. It was good to see brother Charlie again💕

Jemma might “win” on points with enthusiasm, but Patches has experience and the I’ll allow this until I won’t energy. In the end, the real winner is whoever claims the comfiest spot afterward… probably right next to me. Sunday’s going to be bittersweet. They’re squeezing in every last playful moment before Patches goes to his new forever home as a puppy in our breeding program 💛

Morning routines and playtime are so important for these growing puppies. Patches continues to thrive in an environment full of love, play, and gentle guidance from momma Nora while patiently waiting for his forever home. We use the word “settle” to help bring calm to the room as playtime winds down. These puppies are incredibly intelligent and so loving.

Can you say spoiled! 😄 Patches is living his best life—lap cuddles, a full day of playing with momma Nora and sister Jemma, and now he’s fighting sleep just to be included in movie night. That little head-droop struggle is so real.

These two siblings have so much to celebrate! 🐾 With newfound freedom and plenty of space to stretch their growing legs, they’re soaking up every moment. Before long, Patches will find his forever family—and when that day comes he will be missed especially by Jemma. She holds a very special place here and is part of our future breeding plans for 2027–2028. We’ll be sharing updates along the way as these sweet puppies continue to grow and mature. Stay tuned for more of their journey 💕🐶

Patches… maybe that’s not your forever name. Maybe your human will choose it when they find you. You’re adaptable, playful, respectful—most of all, loving. Your favorite place is curled up in our lap during movie night. This weekend will be full of adventures as we explore the great outdoors together, praying your forever family is guided toward these moments we share. Sometimes, it’s all about perfect timing. Until then, we’ll explore, cherish, and soak up every second together. 🤍🐾 Here are some possible future name ideas that just might fit your beautiful personality. • Milo – sweet, loyal, quietly adventurous • Oliver / Ollie – affectionate and people-centered • Theo – gentle, thoughtful, old-soul energy • Bodhi – calm, loving, outdoorsy spirit • Finn – curious, joyful, adventure buddy • Remy – adaptable, playful, and cozy • Rowan – earthy, steady, and loving • Scout – perfect for weekend adventures • Teddy – because lap dogs deserve teddy-bear names 🧸

A message from one breeder to another and exactly how i feel today. As a breeder, you pour your heart into the litter long before anyone else ever meets them. You’re the first safe place, the first routine, the first teacher of trust. So when they leave for the right homes—even when you’re genuinely thrilled for them—it’s natural to grieve a little that their forever isn’t with you. You’re not just placing puppies, you’re practicing selfless love. Choosing their needs over your own attachment is one of the hardest, most beautiful lessons there is. It’s parenting in its purest form—prepare them, love them deeply, then let them go so they can become who they’re meant to be. Each litter expands your heart. Not in a way that replaces what you lost, but in a way that deepens your capacity—to love, to guide, to trust the process. Letting go doesn’t mean the bond disappears. It just changes shape. The sadness doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It means you’re doing it with your whole heart. Those puppies will carry your foundation with them for the rest of their lives—and in that way, a piece of you goes with every single one. 🐾✨

Patches may be our last puppy available, but often the last truly are the best. Over the past 16 weeks, we’ve fallen deeply for each of these puppies, and having extra time with our dark chocolate boy has only made that bond stronger. Patches goes with the flow and his tail is going nonstop the moment he hears me walk through the door. With his siblings now in their forever homes, he’s really shining—showing off his commands, loving ball time, and soaking up one-on-one connection. If you’re looking for a true companion—a forever friend who loves unconditionally—Patches is your guy. He’s potty trained, thrives on routine, and is up to date on all vaccinations. Reach out with any questions you may have about Patches. His perfect family may be just around the corner. 🐶🤎

I don’t know if words can truly express how wonderful and thoughtful Dawn is as a breeder. She welcomed us into her home with two young children and was so patient and kind with us. Very quickly we realized that Dawn is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Breed. This did not feel transactional with Dawn, It felt like I had known her for years and that we had been searching for the perfect addition to my family for a long time. After we finally selected Stetson, who we renamed Boromir or (Bo) for short, her kindness and expertise did not end there. She has consistently followed up with me over the past week to ensure that I have a follow up appointment scheduled with my vet, that I have all the information that I need to transfer the records, she even sent over a care package for not only for Bo, but for my two children as well. What started as an innocent search for me to replace a long time family member of 14 years, Lead me to Dawn and her beautiful litter of puppies if you ever have the opportunity to do business with her, I would highly recommend it. She truly does want what is best for the puppies and your family.
