I'm Selene V., the breeder behind Full Hands Farm located in High Point, NC. We are a small family farm raising Mini Bernedoodles with lots of love. Mom and dad are our beloved family pets and part of our everyday lives. Both parents are health and DNA tested. Our puppies are raised in our home with love, attention, and kid cuddles, giving them a sweet start from day one.

Why did you start breeding?
Our love for animals started with our own family pets and grew into our small family farm. We fell in love with Mini Bernedoodles and decided to thoughtfully grow our program with our two beloved dogs. This is our first litter, and we are excited to begin this journey while putting the health, well-being, and happiness of our dogs and puppies first.What makes your program special?

Getting a puppy from Selene
Selene has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Selene partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
“Our goal is to make sure each puppy is matched with the family that is the best fit for their personality, temperament, and individual needs. We will get to know each family and consider preferences such as gender, coat, and personality, while also taking each puppy’s developing temperament into account. Once the puppies are old enough and we have a better understanding of their individual personalities, we will work with families on puppy selection. We want this process to be enjoyable and personal, while ultimately making the best match possible for both the puppy and their forever family.”
Price
“The price includes deworming, first vaccinations, and a veterinary exam before going to their forever homes. A deposit is required to reserve a puppy and will be applied toward the total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another puppy in the same litter♥️.”

Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1B), Bernese Mountain Dog Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
