Q. & A. with Kimberly
Why did you start breeding?
My husband surprised me with my adorable Loki…truly…I thought we were going to pick up a pool and when Loki was placed in my arms and I finally understood what was happening the tears began to flow. Loki is the absolute best! I’ve been working hard to learn everything I can to help others enjoy this wonderful companion dog breed and to ensure I’m responsible to the breed in the process.
What makes your program special?
We are constantly learning and educating ourselves about being responsible for the care of our Frenchie family. We ensure the health & wellness of our Frenchies and are developing a community dedicated to supporting one another in being responsible Frenchie owners.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brindle, fawn, white and fawn, white and brindle, tricolors, fawn brindle and white, fawn and white, brindle and white, blue, and blue fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Breeder-Reported Testing
Good level
Fun & Frenchie Free, LLC reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for French Bulldogs.
Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Spine (OFA, FCI)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
