We are dedicated to helping you find the perfect, happy addition to your loving family!

Why did you start breeding?
Following a tragic loss, my husband gifted me a Schnauzer to help ease my grief. She truly saved me and grew into an amazing service dog, inspiring my entire journey as a breeder. Today, I am passionate about raising healthy, loving Miniature Schnauzers in our home so they can bring that same life-changing comfort and companionship to other families.
What makes your program special?
Raised inside our home, our puppies interact daily with our grandchildren and family to build confident, loving temperaments. Rooted in the life-changing bond I share with my own service dog, our program prioritizes genetic health and dedicated care. We take pride in raising well-socialized Schnauzers ready to bring the same joy and comfort to your home. All puppies will come micro-chipped.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include parti, liver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Cori

Cori has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Cori partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Approved buyers are screened using our puppy application form to ensure their lifestyle and home environment are a great fit. Once an application is approved, individual puppy deposits open at 1 week of age on a first come first served basis. I provide ongoing personality and growth updates as the puppy develops to ensure a smooth transition home at 8 weeks.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC registration, vet health check, first round of vaccines, deworming, micro-chipped and puppy socialization. Deposits are only refundable in the event that something happens to the puppy while in my care.”

Cori may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Parent health testing

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
