Meet the breeder

I'm Jackie M., the breeder behind GameChanger Golden Retrievers located in Dripping Springs, TX. I am a home-based breeder of top-quality, award-winning, and health-tested Golden Retrievers. My priority is quality over quantity and my puppies are placed in loving homes that I have reviewed carefully. Each pup is cherished from the moment of birth and given the best start we can possibly provide. My Golden Retrievers are my life! We've had Golden Retrievers for more than 20 years and can't imagine a world without them. A Preservation Breeder, at GameChanger we strive to ensure that generations to come will never have to know life without a quintessential Golden Retriever. Can you even imagine?! We breed based first on health and temperament and next structure, always striving to achieve the Golden Retriever standard. With that, our GR puppies are raised in our home with ample stimulation, love and care. Our puppies go home to their new puppy families well on their way to being potty trained, almost completely or completely crate trained, and very well socialized. We want the transition to be as smooth as possible. With that, we are ALWAYS here for our puppy people to help teach them grooming, training and answer any questions they have for as long as they need us. Breeding is a family affair at our home and we look forward to welcoming our new puppy people into our family and having their puppies enjoy every bit of what GameChanger has to offer....because we are truly chaining the way the game is played! Along that line, we like to go the extra mile and send our puppies home with a certificate from their 8 week check up with a licensed vet at either Brodie Animal Hospital or Sunset Canyon Vet Hospital, their first vaccination, a PREPAID AKC Reunite Microchip which is already on file and registered with AKC and a PREPAID AKC Dog Registration. As far as we can tell, these puppies are the complete package!

Q. & A. with Jackie

  • Why did you start breeding?

I believe that purposeful and ethical breeding is so important for the healthy progression of the Golden Retriever. I strive to preserve the line of these incredible companions by producing puppies from health-tested, genetically clean, and OFA-certified breeding stock. I love each and every litter I produce and do everything I can to ensure that they are equipped to thrive in their forever homes.
  • What makes your program special?

In addition to offering top-quality puppies from award-winning and health-tested parents, I am passionate about ensuring that each little puppy has the chance to reach its best potential, express its best character, and bring forth its greatest gifts in the relationship to itself and with its family by providing an environment of harmony, health, and responsible training protocols to young puppies. I enjoy staying in touch with those who provide a loving home for my puppies and enjoy mentoring their new families so that they can raise their new, furry companions with confidence and joy.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
