I'm Vicky D., the breeder behind Gator Country Canè Corsos located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. Through the years I have owned and bred many great dogs starting with ICCF GCH Bel Monte Primo Padrino, GCH Avalon Tiger Lil, GCH Bel Monte Layla, CH Gator Country Belezza Nera, CH Gator Country then with acceptance into AKC I’ve produced AKC GCH and CH’s as well.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chestnut brindle, black, and black brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Vicky

Vicky has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $5,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Companion quality puppies are $3000.00. Companion puppies have a limited AKC registration which means they cannot be bred and or shown in conformation events. This price includes microchip, prepaid AKC registration, health certificates which are given at 8 weeks of age. The price does not include ear cropping which can be done for the cost of $600.00. Sire and dam of puppy as well as deposit amount paid and balance owed.”

Vicky may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
