I'm Ashley G., the breeder behind Gemini Poodles located in Sterling, OH. Gemini Poodles are multi-colored standard poodles, health tested and titled. We believe in titling our dogs to prove stable temperament and biddability. We sell puppies with AKC Registration, along with a health guarantee and lifetime breeder support.

What makes your program special?
All of our dogs are health tested extensively (with OFA certifications) & titled in some venues. We believe every dog should prove their temperament before being bred! Currently, every dog has AKC Canine Good Citizen, Canine Good Citizen Advanced, Trick Dog Novice, and our females have their BCAT titles as well! We are always looking to do fun things with our dogs and hope you do, too.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Dentition, Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Generalized, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Profile
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
