I'm Lori R., the breeder behind Gentle Giant Danes, LLC located in Garner, NC. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.
Q. & A. with Lori
Why did you start breeding?
It was a natural progression from dog owner to breeder. I wanted to bring the joy of Danes to others and I thought this would be the most effective way to do just that.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies grow up in our house with our other dogs and us. They are exposed to our family and don't grow up in a small crate. We play with the puppies daily and keep a close eye on their development.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
