I'm Jedidjah O., the breeder behind Gerdanus Poodles located in Hackettstown, NJ. We hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to our dogs and our policies. We take responsible breeding very seriously. We only breed dogs that are healthy, have wonderful temperaments, and are outstanding examples of their breed. Holding ourselves to high standards is paramount to the well-being of our dogs and to the integrity of our program.

Why did you start breeding?
I always was fascinated with breeding. When I stopped pursuing a career in acting and started working at investment banks I had the money and the time to start breeding. And that is what I did.What makes your program special?
My dogs have incredible temperaments. Aditionally, I breed for intelligence. All my guys are very smart. They make great service dogs. I also have dogs who excel in obedience, agility and fast cat. At the same time they make loving lap dogs. They just want to be with you, whether you watch tv all day or you go hiking at the Delaware Water Gap.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot, black, blue, cream, red, and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
