Glacier Danes

Loren B.

Breeder of Great Danes

Meet the breeder

I'm Loren B., the breeder behind Glacier Danes located in Parker, CO. Our goal is to breed quality, happy Great Danes to the breed standard that are superior in conformation, health, and temperament. We seek complimenting pedigrees from across the country to produce exceptional Great Dane puppies. All of our dogs are health tested and we spend a lot of time and money ensuring that the puppies we produce are the best we can possibly do for our beloved breed.

Q. & A. with Loren

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our goal is to not just breed Great Danes, but breed healthy, happy, puppies that are to the breed standard. As responsible breeders, we understand the very important role that breeders undertake; that being today's breeders are the future of the well-being of the Great Dane. We strive to preserve the line of our beloved gentle giants to ensure they stay healthy and true to their unique characteristics so others can enjoy them for generations to come.
  • What makes your program special?

Our program is special because of our dedication to the breed and our dogs. We put literally thousands of dollars into each dog prior to them being acceptable to breed in our opinion. This includes all their relevant health testing and all of the costs of showing each animal and tending to their life needs up to, through, and beyond breeding. We work with passion, heart, integrity, and truly want what's best for the Great Dane breed!
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
