Q. & A. with Beryl
Why did you start breeding?
In 2011, we purchased Cooper from a local breeder in North Carolina and two years later, acquired our first golden bitch from Virginia named Maggie. We welcomed our first litter of puppies in 2017, and have not looked back since. We have participated in obedience and conformation, and now find most of our weekends are spent showing our dogs!
What makes your program special?
As members of the GRCA, we breed to uphold the strictest of AKC standards. We focus on temperament and breed type, and match our puppies with only the most qualified of homes. From six weeks on, our puppies receive significant love and socialization in order to get them well-adjusted to home life.
