Meet the breeder

I'm Lisa L., the breeder behind Golden Law Kennels located in Clinton, UT. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament with a focus on providing dogs for military families that can provide comfort and stability in times of need such as deployments or moves. We raise our puppies on a curriculum geared specifically toward military and family life.

Q. & A. with Lisa

  • Why did you start breeding?

Working as a Vet Tech at a reproduction specialty clinic, I found a real passion for working with newborn puppies and assisting with deliveries and c-sections. Our family dog was purchased as a guardian dog in another breeder’s program and she has been such a wonderful addition to our family that we have decided to keep one of her puppies to start our own breeding program.
  • What makes your program special?

We raise our puppies intentionally and work hard to give them their best start in life by health testing all our parents, giving puppies a head start with Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction. We have developed a curriculum specifically geared toward preparing puppies for military life introducing them to the challenges and novelties they may encounter with a military family
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include apricot, red, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
