I'm Daniel M., the breeder behind Golden Leaf Kennels LLC located in Charlotte, NC. We work hard to breed exemplary dogs that are well taken care of from day one and are prepared to excel in loving and caring homes. We love our dogs and puppies, and we strive to place each pup in a home suited to their temperament and ability.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I had a friend who had one of the first bulldogs I’ve ever seen. She was sweet and funny. Her stubborn attitude always kept me laughing. One day he decided to have puppies and I helped whelped them. I realized that the same attention & dedication I had for my patients, I also had for the puppies. It came natural to me so I knew this was my calling. Plus I couldn’t resist the puppy breath. Haha.

  • What makes your program special?

    The love, affection, and dedication I commit to my program. I believe in ethical breeding. I breed to enhance the health of the breed. My focus is to create happy loving healthy beautiful puppies. I choose my families with care so that I know my puppies will be loved. My program is my heart and I take care of it as such.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Bulldog puppies include white, red brindle and white, red brindle, red and white, fawn and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Daniel

Daniel has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Daniel partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $800 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes 2 year health guarantee, AKC registration, first round of shots, deworming, puppy socialization, pad training, and vet health check. The deposit form is in place to help reserve your puppy & protect all parties involved. We have a deposit contract that states deposits are non refundable and will required upon reserving puppy.”

    I had the best experience with Golden Leaf Kennels. Daniel was super responsive and answered all of my questions. He was super friendly and a top notch professional. We set up a video chat where I could meet him and my new best friend, Franky. Daniel coordinated transportation for my little guy from North Carolina, all the way to interior Alaska.
