Q. & A. with Tammy
Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding golden retrievers because I’ve always loved the breed and the qualities that make them so special. Goldens are mellow, loyal, and endlessly loving, which makes them not just wonderful family pets but true companions. After living with them and experiencing their gentle nature firsthand, I wanted to share that joy with others by raising healthy, well-socialized animals.
What makes your program special?
We start them out by doing different exercises so they don’t get afraid of being picked up. I worked with different trainers to help training the pups at an early age.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
