Q. & A. with Lori
Why did you start breeding?
I have wanted to start my breeding program for quite some time. My children are now at an age where I can put in the time needed to be a successful, thoughtful and ethical breeder.
What makes your program special?
I am raising my litters as if they were all my own. I put a lot of time, love and hard work into raising puppies. I sleep in the room with the mom and puppies for the first 3 weeks and give an abundance of love and attention to each puppy. I start ENS with the puppies a couple of days after birth. My dogs and their chosen mates are all DNA tested for diseases and OFA tested. They are born and raised inside my home.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are dark golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Lori is fantastic! After losing our last golden/lab mix of 12 years, we were searching for our perfect match. After looking high and low we found Lori and her puppies. She told us everything we needed to know about our puppy's parents, medical history, and temperament to make sure it was a perfect fit for our family. We are so happy to welcome Delilah our family!
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
