Q. & A. with Sonya
Why did you start breeding?
I bought my 1st Golden in 2006 & 1 just wasn't enough so I bought a 2nd one! Then I decided to try having a litter! I was only planning to have 1 but apparently I loved it because before I knew it I had 8 goldens & was diving into learning everything I could about breeding & raising the perfect puppies!! The full story of how I began breeding can be found under "My Story" on my website.
What makes your program special?
My puppies are raised inside my home with my family! They are handled & played with daily. I personally care for all of my goldens & all of my puppies on a daily basis. I do not hire help nor place my adults in guardian homes for others to care for. My puppies are my life for the time they are with me & I do everything possible to ensure they will live long happy healthy lives and bring much joy!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include golden and light golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
