I'm Norene V., the breeder behind Goldendoodles of Vanhoy Farms located in Hamptonville, NC. Our goal is to provide families with pets that have bred with excellence. We will not breed a dog that has any negative qualities regardless of pedigree. We choose females and males that are going to produce puppies that will be a part of your family its entire life.

Why did you start breeding?
We grew up on farms with animals. There were new calves, puppies and kittens when we were children. We had a beautiful golden retriever male and he sired puppies with a friends female golden retriever. The puppies were such a joy so we added a female retriever to our family and began breeding. Over the years we have bred standard poodles as well as goldendoodles.What makes your program special?
Our program is special due to the involvement of our children and grandchildren and the rural area we live in. There are many hands to develop the pups into friendly, happy family members. Our dogs are family to us. We are excited to provide a new family member for others.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

“Puppies receive a Health Check up at six weeks and will include a report from the Veterinarian showing vaccinations the puppy has received before pups go home. We include a packet with the food the pup has been eating to make transition easier if you desire to change food.”

It went really smooth! We ended up getting a pup who’s basically running the house now 😄 - totally our baby. Goldendoodles of Vanhoy Farms was great to work with - Norene was super accommodating, let us meet the pup, walked us through everything, and kept us updated the whole time. Vaccinations were all up to date and everything was exactly as described. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience (or a cuter little boss at home 🐶).
