I'm Kyla K., the breeder behind Goldridge Springers located in Fairfield, CA. Goldridge Springers is located in Northern California and we specialize in AKC English Springer Spaniels. I’ve been breeding since 2006 and have worked with two different breeds over the years, gaining extensive hands-on experience in structure, temperament, and health. I specialize in AKC-registered English Springer Spaniels, a breed I deeply love for their intelligence, loyalty, and versatility.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve been breeding dogs responsibly since 2006. I actually grew up with English Springer Spaniels from the time I was a baby, my parents raised them as well, so this breed has always been a part of my life. Breeding and raising quality dogs isn’t just something I do; it’s something I was raised around and truly passionate about.

  • What makes your program special?

    All puppies are raised in my home with my family, exposed to children, daily household activity, and outdoor experiences. This helps create confident, adaptable puppies that transition easily into their new homes. I stand behind my dogs and am committed to transparency, education, and lifelong support for my puppy families.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver white and roan and liver white and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kyla

Kyla has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kyla partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the guarantee, AKC litter certificate, a new puppy starter kit, a vet exam, shot and dewormings up to date, and puppy-socialization. Deposit reserves your puppy until pick-up date when full payment is due.”

Kyla may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel, DNA Profile

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I brought “grey boy” (now Boone) home yesterday morning and we could not be more in love. My experience with Kyla was effortless from start to finish and she responded very quickly to any and all questions I had regarding the dog, pickup, payment. When we picked up Boone Kyla provided us with a puppy welcome bag with a collar, collapsible bowl, dog bags/dispenser, a blanky with his mom and siblings scent and a packet of dog food with a brochure on the brand. She also gave us a little toy and a folder with his vaccination records, puppy essentials list and bloodline information which I thought was really cool.     Kayla was responsive and knowledgeable, this is our first time adopting from a breeder and she made us feel so involved and secure through this process.     We brought home the “maroon” girl, now named Ruby, 6/5/26, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Kyla was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions. Leading up to pickup day, she sent weekly photos and videos so we could watch Ruby grow and develop. When we picked up Ruby, Kyla provided a binder containing all of her information and vaccination records, along with a blanket carrying her mom’s scent and a sample packet of her food. These thoughtful touches made the transition much easier. Ruby has been absolutely amazing and has adapted to kennel training remarkably well. It’s clear that Kyla and her children spent a lot of time socializing and working with the puppies. Ruby was comfortable and confident from the start, especially around our grandchildren. She absolutely lights up whenever they come over to visit and loves playing with them.
