  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started breeding at age 17. I adopted a puppy from my older brother at the age of 15 and had my first litter at age 17! I was always passionate about corgis and am very dedicated to bettering the breed.

  • What makes your program special?

    We focus on temperament, conformation, breed standards, and socialization. Our puppies all come with a 3-year genetic health guarantee, and to this day we have not had one return due to health issues! We utilize crate training on our puppies, and they are usually decently started on potty training as well.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include fawn, red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Steven and Frieda

Steven and Frieda partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $3,100 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

    Steven and Frieda were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, they are both very knowledgeable about Pembroke Welsh Corgis, and it shows through the Puppies and the Parents. After Diasy picked my wife Sandy and I out in December we bought her home at the beginning of January, it was such an easy transition for Daisy due to the preparation Steven and Frieda had done with her, and the amazing package we left with to help Saisy settle in to her new home. Daisy is an amazing, loving, and at times mischievous bundle of joy and we are so lucky to have her. Daisy has just had her 2nd round of shots at our vets, who is extremely happy with her health and temperament, again testament to the great start in life she was given.     I got recommended Steven and Frieda from GoldStar corgis just through Good Dog while I was searching for a new dog to add to my family. Getting to visit the farm, seeing the puppies in person was more than I could ask for. On top of being super accommodating, they weren't judgemental at all toward us. Most folks balk at the idea of raising dogs in an NYC apartment, but not only did they accept and entrust a puppy to us, they were willing to make pick up smooth for us so we could bring Malibu home quickly. Malibu is a lovely puppy with a bubbly personality and that's only because Steven and his family put great importance on the wellbeing and health of their corgis. I want to thank them so much again for being so kind.

    Steven and Frieda were great to work with. I did a lot of research trying to find a good breeder and ultimately decided to go with them. They really care about all their pups and are very knowledgeable about the breed. I brought my sweet Maple (Biscuit) home recently and she has been doing excellent. She has a great demeanor and is very easy to train. When I picked her up, she was also already fully crate trained and almost entirely potty trained. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their own little furry addition!
