I'm John G., the breeder behind Gooch Canines (Giant Schnoodles) located in Pleasanton, TX. Gooch Canines specializes in Hypoallergenic family friendly dogs. Most of our breeds score very high on the intelligence charts. We have been blessed with sires and dames with extremely good temperaments. Our dogs are people dogs; they consider themselves part of your family.

Why did you start breeding?
After purchasing a fairly pricey “big breed”, my young daughter (at the time) developed eczema. Sadly we had to re-home Samson with a local veterinarian (at his ranch). The family was grieved that we would no longer have a dog in the home. Years after, we were introduced to the possibility of “hypoallergenic” dogs. We learned of some really wonderful dogs: Schnauzers, Schnoodles, Poodles. Breeding more of them just came naturally!What makes your program special?
We are family run and the pups receive a lot of care and attention, right from day one. As well, our dogs are hypoallergenic, so those with allergies can add a fur-ball to their family as well!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, black and tan, brown, silver, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from John
John has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes deworming, first round of vaccinations, health check, food samples, a section of mother’s blanket for departure comfort. If you are outside the state of Texas. We are open to talks on delivery (and possible seals that way) ASK US FOR MORE DETAILS . Deposit is non-refundable unless some sort of unavoidable incident with the puppy happens before going to their fur-ever home.”

John may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Program update on 13 June •…We are sending puppies all over the country…Austin Texas, California, Maryland etc. we still have 7 beautiful pups that need good families to scoop them up to be a part of that family.

Litter update on 28 May •…So these pups have grown so quickly. we have started giving them time outside. As the video shows, they absolutely love it! Two have been claimed already: one by a family in California and one here in “The Lone Star State”. We are still stunned by how trainable these pups are. My children are making desperate pleas to keep one! lol. Coats are starting to fluff out big time. Of course the beauty of the fluffy coat will be that there are numerous “styles” and “cuts” to shape these doggos into. They continue display immense affection.

Very smart and healthy. Very agile for a larger breed. Incredibly protective over kids but not in a way that’s aggressive (unless called for). Thinks she is human and desires to be part of the family. Amazing temperament. Very nurturing with her pups. Friendly, friendly, friendly! Beautiful coat.
