Q. & A. with Christine
Why did you start breeding?
I purchased my first Brittany but never intended her to be more than pet. She was seen by person who shows and encouraged to learn to show her. She became a champion, I was hooked and the rest is history. I ended up getting by foundation bitch from a show breeder and learned all I could. My first breeding produced 3 champions and my keeper went on to be number 5 Brittany and AOM at Westminster.
What makes your program special?
I have consistently produced top quality including 23 show champions with highest achievement awards in the show ring, strong natural hunting abilities and amazing family pets who get along well with babies, children and other animals and easy to live with. I take great care in matching the right pup to right owner. Pups are very well socialized with great temperaments ready for new home.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are orange and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Program update on 02 July •
These 2 boys are still available. Purple and Blitz Jr. Purple in the mostly white in background. They are top picks of litter and will only go to home who is interested in showing or local who is willing to let me show them. Too nice to be someone's pets only. They were introduced to quail at 7 weeks and are natural retrievers also and evaluated by a trainer who was mentored by a Hall Of Fame gundog trainer with 40 + years of experience under his belt and was very impressed. Beautiful, birdy smart.

About Kaylee
She is a great house dog, but loves to be outside. If no birds she will entertain herself chasing lizards and squirrels. She is very smart and taught tricks easily and loves to show with anyone as long as they have treats. She loves to meet new people but she does have her favorites.

I was looking for a new puppy after my 15-years old Brittany passed a few months ago. I was fortunate to connect with Christine from Gourley's Brittanys through Good Dog. As soon as I applied, she was contacting me and we were sharing information. She was very knowledgeable and responsive. I knew when the puppy would be available and trusted Christine for me to make plans to travel for that date. My puppy Marvel has been happy and healthy. He's friendly and playful. I feel very fortunate to get him.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
