I'm Lisa K., the breeder behind Grace of God Goldendoodles located in Fischer, TX. Our primary focus for our puppies is service applications, so temperament is our first priority. Our puppies are raised with the BAB advanced service dog curriculum, and those puppies not chosen for service are placed with selected families.
Once puppies are here, we will contact those on our waiting list and accept reservation fees of $400 in the order of our waiting list. The full price for these puppies will be $1800.
We have a fairly open program, allowing our families who live near enough to visit the puppies as they grow. We post videos and pictures often, and communicate privately through group messages with our families daily. Our goal is to let our families share in the experience as much as possible.
Puppy evaluations and aptitude testing is completed on each puppy during their 7th week, and families receive videos of the testing, report cards for each puppy, and my recommendations regarding which puppies would be the best match for your family. When the puppies turn 8 weeks old, puppy picks are made in the order of the reservation list and go home!
Q. & A. with Lisa
Why did you start breeding?
While teaching, I discovered the beneficial effects pets had on my student’s life. Family pets encouraged families to spend more time together, which had a direct correlation to student success. They also provided unconditional love during challenging times for my students. I began working with families to help them find the perfect temperament dog to add to their family. The success was so great that I retired to raise puppies for just this purpose! To complete families, especially those with children experiencing autism, ADD/ADHD, and other challenges.
What makes your program special?
Each puppy is brought into this world with a purpose, and my job is to honor them by finding the best homes possible for them to flourish.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, apricot, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
