I'm Reegan G., the breeder behind Green’s Great Danes located in Grand Blanc, MI. We focus on raising healthy, happy, loving puppies. Our pups are socialized with other dogs, cats, young children, as well as receiving early neurological stimulation. Why did you start breeding?
My fiancés family had multiple Dane’s growing up. His love for them combined with my special interest in dogs, genetics, and animal well being birthed our program!What makes your program special?
All our dogs have their CHIC#- complete health testing as recommended by the great Dane club of Our dogs and puppies are loved in home from the moment they’re earth side, we raise them in our living room. We may produce some off colored dogs, but the parents will have sport & companion titles. We believe that health & temperament come first, colors being the last thing on our mind.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
