I'm Katie G., the breeder behind GSF Pembroke Welsh Corgis located in Creston, IA. We offer high-quality puppies with an emphasis on excellent health, breed standard, and fabulous temperament. We are dedicated to providing our puppy families with awesome, healthy, well-socialized pets. We love our dogs and what we do, and we strive to make each puppy a great contribution to his or her forever home.

Why did you start breeding?
We love the Pembroke Welsh Corgi breed. Our dogs have brought us so much joy and happiness that we wanted to give back to them by producing the highest quality dogs and providing them a wonderful life with wonderful families. We have enjoyed the journey!What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is small and centered around family and farm life. Our dogs grow up with love and action. Our children are very involved in the care of our dogs and puppies. The puppies are exposed to the noise and activities of an active family and indoor/outdoor living - when they are old enough, of course.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Katie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Katie partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
