I'm Lang T., the breeder behind GulfCoast Bulldog Haus located in Spanish Fort, AL. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! We do our best to breed with total care by primarily focusing on raising healthy, affectionate, and loyal companions. As a result of our efforts, we’re positive our puppies will become perfect family members and add just as much joy to your life as they have ours!

Why did you start breeding?
I had a friend that was breeding American bullies during the pandemic he showed me the in and out of raising dogs and how much work it was, you have to have a passion for dogs which I do because it's a job making sure they eat well, kept warm, and interact with each other which is a huge component to have loving dogs.What makes your program special?
My program is special at Gulf Coast Bulldog Haus we hand pick the right bulldog to mate our dams to without any genetic defects. We pride ourselves on healthy functional bulldogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

About Candy
Candy is a female Bulldog. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Lang decided to make her part of their program. Lang has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Tracheal Hypoplasia
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Hyperuricosuria (HUU)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
