Meet the breeder

I'm GWagz, the breeder behind GWagz located in Wesley Chapel, FL. We hold ourselves to high standards for the integrity of our program. All of our puppies are socialized, nurtured, and loved! As breeders, we are very selective in our breeding decisions. We prioritize maintaining an ethical breeding program to allow individual socialization of each puppy.

Q. & A. with GWagz

  • Why did you start breeding?

My 1st Australian Labradoodle "Gia" quickly convinced me that this breed is an ideal pet with their hypo-allergenic coat, loving temperament, intelligence and beauty. What I loved most of all was how the Australian Labradoodle has been bred specifically for therapy dog purposes through many generations of selective breeding and I want to pass this special breed on for future generations to enjoy!
  • What makes your program special?

All of our breeding dogs are carefully selected based on high standards of health, temperament, genetics, conformation, coat quality, beauty and intelligence. They go through rigorous health and genetic testing to ensure the healthiest future for puppies we produce and are members of our family most importantly. We do not cage our dogs and pups are raised in the home and fully socialized.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include miniature and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black and chalk, caramel ice, caramel cream, caramel, caramel red, red, gold, apricot, cream, chalk, chocolate, cafe, parchment, black, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from GWagz

GWagz has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

GWagz partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

“We carefully vet our potential adoptive homes so we can help you find you the perfect puppy for your family. Final puppy selections happen at seven weeks old. We base our puppy matching on temperament testing using the PAT Temperament Testing Method. We also strongly consider your lifestyle and any needs or wants indicated on your application, as well as your preferences on size, color, gender and coat. As much as we try to match each family with their perfect puppy, we cannot guarantee we will have your exact match. However, we can also roll your deposit over to any future dog or litter.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit that secures a spot on the general waitlist. The remaining $3,000 - $3,200 is due before pickup, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“My adoption price is between $3,500 - $3700 per puppy. Our price includes registration with both WALA and ALAA, 2 year health guarantee and 30 day free trial with Trupanion pet insurance and more. The deposit holds your spot on the waitlist. All pups are typically reserved by the go-home date. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to any dog or litter.”

Working with Adria from GWagz was wonderful from start to finish. She was patient with all of my questions, and helped us find the perfect puppy for our family. Our Gus (formerly Moscato) is truly the sweetest and most even tempered puppy. Adria set him up for success with an introduction to crate and potty training, and the transition to our home has been so smooth. We are all slightly obsessed with this sweet boy, and can not thank Adria enough for raising such an amazing puppy.

We had the best experience with GWagz! We contacted her with interest in a puppy who was available immediately, and she worked closely with us to move things along efficiently and effectively. Most importantly, we got the most incredible puppy! Her temperament is exactly what we were looking for—affectionate, easy going, friendly, curious, and adaptable. And she’s absolutely beautiful. Our experience working with GWagz to bring this puppy home really couldn’t have gone better. The breeder was highly responsive and communicative, and shared resources beyond what I would’ve expected: links for insurance, food, and more. She met me at the airport at a time of my convenience at no charge. And she clearly loves her dogs. We have stayed in touch, sharing stories and photos, and she feels like part of our puppy’s family, now! I hope we continue to stay in touch. Thank you GWagz!! We are so happy!!!

We had such a positive experience with Adria at Gwagz. Choosing a puppy is a big decision for our family, especially with two young children, and Adria made the process feel personal and comfortable. She brought the puppies to our house so we could spend time with them in our own environment and get a sense of their personalities before deciding who would be the best fit. Adria was easy to connect with, approachable, and wonderful to work with. We never felt rushed while getting to know the puppies, and we appreciated the care she took in helping us find the right one. We chose Reese, and we’re so happy he’s going to be part of our family!

Adria was incredibly responsive, and the entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. As a first-time dog owner, I had countless questions, and she was always patient, helpful, and willing to provide guidance. It was clear from the beginning how much she genuinely cares about her dogs and their well-being. She even went above and beyond by driving all the way to Washington, DC, to deliver my puppy. My dog is absolutely perfect. She is healthy, affectionate, and has a wonderful temperament. As a puppy, she was full of energy, but now, as she approaches her second birthday, she has become calmer, well-behaved, and an incredible companion. I truly could not have asked for a better dog. Bringing her into my life was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I am so grateful to Adria for making it possible.
