I'm Natalie S., the breeder behind Half-Acre Poodles located in Harrison, TN. I am a Toy Poodle breeder. I believe in the health and well-being of my Toy Poodles. I treat my Poodles like family members and they are raised in my home. I love being a breeder. It's so fulfilling to have the opportunity to create companionship and love and to see the positive effect that a beloved, furry companion can have on its family!
Q. & A. with Natalie
Why did you start breeding?
I grew up around Miniature Poodles, as my mother loves Poodles. My husband loves the idea of having a dog, and my youngest child was afraid of larger dogs, so I found a Toy Poodle to be the right size and bundle of love for our family. I started raising Toy Poodles after becoming disabled and being forced to retire from the traditional workforce of information technology.
What makes your program special?
I love what I do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families. I believe in the health and well-being of my Toy Poodles, and therefore I do not have that many litters during the year.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
