Q. & A. with Laurie
Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with this breed, then realized the many problems that this breed was dealing with. As a veterinarian, I work to try create the healthiest happiest little ones for their future familes.
What makes your program special?
Being a veterinarian, I work with the genetics and conformation to blend the 2 to strive for the healthiest happiest family addition. The parents are screened for behavior, health issues, genetic issues that are not visible and their ability to mother and care for their little ones. We follow along with our puppies after going to their new homes, give information and advice as needed,
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brindle, fawn, white and fawn, brindle and white, and fawn and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
