Q. & A. with Michael
Why did you start breeding?
I had helped another breeder out with this program raising GSP's. Shortly thereafter, one of our children became really interested in the Iditarod when a dogsled team visited his school. We all loved the Siberian Husky breed, and ended up meeting several breeders and taking one home as a pet. From there, we added another dog, and another... moved to farm with more land (and snow), and eventually ended up with our own team of huskies, and the infrastructure for our breeding program.
What makes your program special?
Our 6 kids, and their love of our dogs. They each love on the pups while they are growing up, helping them to have wonderful temperaments and be very used to handling when they eventually go home to their fur-ever homes.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
