    John was very responsive to all our questions and helped us feel prepared to bring our new puppy home.     John was amazing! And being that everything was on short notice, his response time was fast. We renamed Buddy. His new name is now Oso which means bear in Spanish. Oso is doing amazing! We took a gamble on not meeting him first to see if he'd be a fit, but he is being spoiled rotten and LOVES to cuddle!! After loosing our husky to cancer back in September, we can honestly say that Oso 🐻 has truly filled that void that we had. We still miss and love our Luna dearly, but having Oso around has made our home so much better ❤️❤️
