Meet the breeder

I'm Andrea G., the breeder behind Happy Hill Poodle located in Ocala, FL. Our dedication to our puppies as well as their parents is paramount. We won’t breed our Dam every 6 months, as this practice is unethical. We focus on mom and dad having a great, well-rounded life, as well as finding families for my puppies that will do the same. My puppies will not be used to breed.

Q. & A. with Andrea

  • Why did you start breeding?

After my treatment for Lyme, my symptoms always lingering, I could no longer stand on my feet for hours to continue my career. I then got my 2nd poodle puppy and did a lot of research on breeding. After Ms Jackson’s 4thheat cycle and being 2.5 years old, I decided to breed her. It’s been an experience and a journey to breed for the 1st time. Now my focus is on the health of all my family members.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include apricot, white, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Julie T.

    Verified owner · June 2025

Andrea was so attentive & really cares about her dogs. We had a great experience working with her!

  • Tracy M.

    Verified owner · May 2025

Andrea was very responsive and answered all my concerns. She shared her knowledge freely and made the process very easy. We could not be happier with our new family member. The fact that both parents were genetic tested made us feel as confident as possible. She is not a mass breeder but one who loves her truly delights in the breed. It comes through clearly.

Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
