I'm Andrea G., the breeder behind Happy Hill Poodle located in Ocala, FL. Our dedication to our puppies as well as their parents is paramount. We won’t breed our Dam every 6 months, as this practice is unethical. We focus on mom and dad having a great, well-rounded life, as well as finding families for my puppies that will do the same. My puppies will not be used to breed.
Q. & A. with Andrea
Why did you start breeding?
After my treatment for Lyme, my symptoms always lingering, I could no longer stand on my feet for hours to continue my career. I then got my 2nd poodle puppy and did a lot of research on breeding. After Ms Jackson’s 4thheat cycle and being 2.5 years old, I decided to breed her. It’s been an experience and a journey to breed for the 1st time. Now my focus is on the health of all my family members.

About Jackson
Ms Jackson is a 3 year old AKC registered Standard Poodle. She loves taking great care of her puppies and is extremely attentive to all their needs.
On her down time she climbs aboard our RV and travels across country. Her favorite places are Zions National park, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, and the beautiful mountains of Tennessee. As we travel and slow into a new town, you will find her front paws up on the dash excited to observe the new places we’ve arrived at. She loves to Hike and play with her best friend and companion Ms Ruth. They love playing in any water they come to, and in the many rivers and lakes we find on our journey. Ms Jackson loves all their toys, prancing around eagerly to play. The more toys the better is her motto.
When she’s ready to rest, she will give lots of loving hugs and will want to snuggle up to us as she sleeps. She’s always there for us when we need a hug. She’s very outgoing and loves to get pets from strangers. Her weight is 43 lbs, her physique is slender, her coat to touch is a super plush apricot with white markings. Her eyes are bright amber in color and in the evenings glow copper in the dark. Her nose is brownish pink. And she’s always ready for her next adventure.

Andrea was very responsive and answered all my concerns. She shared her knowledge freely and made the process very easy. We could not be happier with our new family member. The fact that both parents were genetic tested made us feel as confident as possible. She is not a mass breeder but one who loves her truly delights in the breed. It comes through clearly.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
