I'm Jean W., the breeder behind Happy Paps located in Cedarville, OH. I am a passionate dog lover, particularly fond of Papillons for their bright, playful nature and excellent temperament. I live on 15 acres where they can enjoy the outdoors and explore to their heart's content. Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to us throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.
Q. & A. with Jean
Why did you start breeding?
When I began looking for a Papillon of my own, I couldn't find any locally. It was either travel a long distance or purchase from a pet store which raises questions about the pups upbringing. I wanted to make healthy, happy Papillons, raised in a real home, available to families in my area.
What makes your program special?
Both my dam and sire are our only dogs and are our beloved pets. They are well loved and spoiled and we do everything to ensure that they are healthy and provided with high quality food and veterinary care.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include sable, white and black, and black brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
