We had a great experience working with Shannon! She was very responsive and always quick to answer our questions. Throughout the process, she communicated frequently and kept us updated with puppy pictures and videos! We really appreciated how much information she shared about helping the puppy adjust. It was clear she genuinely cares about her dogs and the families they go to. Highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a Havanese!
