I'm Hollie H., the breeder behind Hardcastle Family Schnauzer’s located in Sacramento, CA. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others. Our Dogs are Embark Tested.

Why did you start breeding?
I wanted to be able to give others the opportunity to own their own family-oriented Mini Schnauzer. Our Mamas and Dads are vet cleared and Embarked DNA/ Health Tested.What makes your program special?
We health test all our dogs. We only stud with those who also health test. We offer videos, and picture updates for our dog parents to watch their puppies grow in real-time while they are under our dog mama's care. We also send home a care package as well.Where do your breeding dogs live?

About Mateo
Mateo is a Black and Silver Schnauzer Super Coat with blue eyes. Mateo is 5/10 Red Intensity. Mateo is CKC registered. He looks a lot like his dad. Mateo is very smart. He loves walks and his personality is so fun. By far he entertains me the most! He’s a total Mamas boy hahah! …so if someone says no to treats… yep he comes asking me. He’s not a huge social butterfly however, he is so amazing with kids. He is playful! When it’s time to chill down he will sit with you and love on you.

We added Maple to our program. Super affectionate, loves to cuddle. She is so fun!! Full of life! Such a sweet girl! Social. There’s never a dull moment because she makes us laugh! Maple is AKC Registered. She is 3/10 Red intensity. Her mom is a White Chocolate and her Dad is a Liver Roan. Both of her parents are Health Tested Clear.

This experience of adopting our little Lillie from Hollie has been absolutely a dream. She was responsive and answered all my questions (even the ridiculous ones). This is our first time adopting a puppy so little & she helped us know what to be prepared for & must have items to make the transition easier. We also got updates & pictures pretty frequently which made the wait not feel so long 😂 You can tell the puppies are so loved with Hollie and it translates into when they officially come home.

Hollie was great. She answered all my questions regarding the birthing and how the puppies were fairing. She sent lots of pictures and videos of the puppy’s progress. Picking day was so much fun to see all the available puppies and the one I wanted was available. After that she kept me informed on daisies progress and her well being with pictures and videos. Picking up day went well, both for us and the puppy. Hollie checked on us later in day to see if we had any questions. She answered the few questions we had. I would highly recommend Hollie Hardcastle schnauzer’s. It has been definitely a untroubled journey and very positive
