I'm Pamela O., the breeder behind Harmonie Belgian Tervuren located in Georgia. We're a responsible, in-home program. Purposeful and ethical breeding is so important for the healthy preservation of the Belgian Tervuren. We started breeding to not only preserve our own phenomenal bloodlines, but to improve this breed with each litter and do our part to ensure the well-being of these dogs for generations more to come. It has been such a fulfilling journey!

Hip Dysplasia

Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
