I'm Kimberly L., the breeder behind Harrison Danes located in Grass Lake, MI. We are dedicated to our dogs, puppies and clients. We believe in ethical breeding, not over-populating the market of unwanted puppies. We breed AKC. Obedience training is of utmost importance. We offer lifetime support as needed for obedience/ training needs that arise.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our first Dane was life changing over 20 years ago. The breed is so unique in the world of dogs. Once a Dane lover, always one! I desired to delve into breeding several years ago and had a mentor share many tips and helpful advice along the way. We wouldn't change this path of adding beautiful Danes to families!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include mantle merle, fawn, blue, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kimberly

Kimberly has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"AKC Full Registration or Limited. We worm puppies (3 times minimum while in our care). Limited 72 hour money back policy (in contract), one year 50% money back guarantee in limited genetic health contract. Vet records. First vaccines. Delivery optional for additional charge. Deposits are refundable ONLY in the case of health problems with your puppy of choice or the entire litter. Refunds are not offered for any reason other than a major health defect that affects the long-term health of puppy."

Kimberly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
