I'm Michael B., the breeder behind Hashtag Havenese located in Cadwell, GA. We are a small breeder family that has three dogs residing with us inside our home. Our Havenese are keep inside as companions. It's our belief receiving puppies from a small dog family of three such as ours is a good indication of healthy, trained and loved puppies from the beginning.

Why did you start breeding?
We got into breading because many of friends and family have fallen in love with our companions and have requested one. We believe our companions having puppies can be a natural and healthy part of their lives even if we don't have the space to keep anymore puppies. We believe sharing our puppies with other families like ours would be healthier than other options.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are loved and live in our home along with our teenaged children. This gives my puppies many social advantages and a healthier start to their lives than others. We strive to place our puppies in proper homes that will provide the same love are health care that we give our two dams and sir. We understand the limits that should be placed on breading and the care that needs to be provided.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include gold, chocolate, and fawn sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

“This price includes the guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization, and a small care package. Deposits are all the same for all puppies and not refundable.”

About Chip
Chip is all boy and all energy. He never misses a chance to run and play. If you open the door he is the first one in the yard. He is not the couch potato that our girls are. If you don't want to play fetch with him, he is good with that he will just throw the ball himself and get it. He is the life of the party in our house for sure. He goes to be every night with his toy. He is my sweet boy and doesn't sit still much.

Cookie is so fun and loving. Her energy matches everyone around her, if its play time she is good or if it's quite time she is good. She is the one that loves to lay in the bed and nap. She can fetch and run but chooses not to. She thinks she is made for resting and relaxing.

About Cocoa
Cocoa is the sweetest lap baby. She lives up to the Velcro Dog hype I've always heard about. We have several Havanese and each one has a different personality. She is the loving one that doesn't make much noise or messes she just wants her person (which is me) and the couch. I can't wait to share her babies with other dog lovers.

DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
