Taylor has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Taylor partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
“Our goal is to ensure that every puppy is placed in the home where they will thrive. Because we spend the first eight weeks closely observing and raising the puppies, we become very familiar with each puppy’s developing personality, energy level, and temperament. Rather than selecting a puppy based solely on a brief visit, we work closely with each family to understand their lifestyle, activity level, and preferences. Using this information, we guide the matching process and recommend the puppy that we believe will be the best fit for your home. While families are always involved in the process, we reserve the right to make the final placement decision in order to ensure the best long-term match for both the puppy and the family. Our priority is happy, successful placements where both the puppy and their new family thrive together. Most families find this process very helpful, as it can be difficult to accurately assess temperament during a short visit, while we have been able to observe the puppies daily from birth.”

Taylor may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Taylor offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Taylor directly.
When you pay and communicate on Good Dog, you’re covered by Payment Protection.

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Ichthyosis, Golden Retriever Type, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis 5 (NCL5), Golden Retriever Type, Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), PRA, Golden Retriever 2, PRA, Golden Retriever 1
