I'm Andrea W., the breeder behind Heart Mountain Kennels located in Powell, WY. Our focus is to produce the best dogs of the highest quality so that other families can also enjoy the love of a dog. These dogs have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives. It is a privilege to be able to share that love and friendship with others through responsible breeding.
Q. & A. with Andrea
Why did you start breeding?
In 2009 we bought our first papillon. He was our buddy throughout most of our big life events. He captured our hearts! Our little guy was super smart and we decided that this breed of dog was the perfect match for us! Papillons are not too big, not too small, smart, agile and always up for fun or a cuddle! We have since added to our little herd.
What makes your program special?
We do genetic testing and we stay up to date on all their veterinary needs. Our puppies will come with a health certificate and registration papers. They will all be current on vaccinations and will have their dew claws removed. We do have a contract and an application process. Please message us for more information! ❤️🦋 Thanks for stopping by!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white black and tan, white and red, white and sable, white and black, and white and lemon. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Heart Mountain Kennels were fantastic to deal with. They were very flexible with arranging pickup of our beautiful Papillon Milo. He's already adjusting to his new home and we are very happy to have him in our lives!
