Meet the breeder

I'm Heartfelt D., the breeder behind Heartfelt Doodles located in Taylorsville, NC. We raise our pups to be lifelong pawtners for families that want to give our dogs a wonderful life. We raise our puppies with ENS and socialization to prepare them as much as we can for the outside world before they leave our home.

Q. & A. with Heartfelt

  • Why did you start breeding?

What started out with a single golden retriever has blossomed into a beautiful family of dogs and puppies over 7 years. Dogs have always been a constant in my life, so when we met our perfect golden retriever, I wanted to be able to provide other families with the joy of a dog.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are pets first, which adds extra elements of family and love to our program. We use Early Neurological Stimulation along with a socialization program to prepare our pups for the outside world as much as we can before they leave our home. We begin crate &potty training, which sets up the perfect introduction for families preparing for the "puppy stage." We also begin grooming practices!
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies include petite, miniature, medium, and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
