I'm Norma H., the breeder behind Heaven Sent Shihpoo's located in Hertford, NC. We are huge animal lovers and have a special place in our hearts for our dogs. We raise our litters in our home to help set the foundation for happy and confident puppies to transition well into their forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
We did YEARS of research for a breed that wouldn't shed. I LOVE animals but I don't like hair. :) We started with one, and grew from there. We made the decision to start breeding, to provide families with wonderful babies and to be a blessing to others, as our babies have been such a blessing to us. Shihpoo's are the BEST breed EVER!What makes your program special?
We aren't your normal breeders. Our babies get FRESH blankets everyday in their pens, and they are held, kissed, and loved from day one. They are well socialized and played with. We stay in contact with our owners from the minute they reserve their baby, with videos and pics. We also stay in contact afterwards to ensure our little ones are transitioning well in their new homes.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Poodle puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Norma
Norma has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.
“Our boys are 1500, our girls are 1800. Includes Vet exam and vaccinations with records, all worming's for age, daily loved, held, and cared for. Deposit is due at 3 wks of age, which goes towards adoption fee. Balance is paid upon pickup. If puppy is over 8 wks, then full payment is due upon pick of pup. Should pup become unadoptable (sick/loss), we have 3 options to choose from.”
Contract & health guarantee
Norma may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
