I'm Tracy M., the breeder behind Heavenly-papillons located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! The sweet, loyal, and playful disposition of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to expand the breed and share them with others. Both parents have been tested and cleared of NAD-PAP and PRA1. Puppies are registered with the AKC. There first vet check will be at 8 weeks.
